What is Smartphone Pinky Syndrome?
Smartphone pinky syndrome occurs in people who use smartphones more. People use their little fingers more when using smartphones. Or simply say that they put most of the weight of their phone on small fingers. Because of this, there is pressure on the small finger joint, which increases the risk of arthritis of the fingers. Apart from this, there is a lot of pressure on the thumb as well, which causes problems in the thumb. This is called Smartphone pinky syndrome.
What to do to avoid it
Exercise hands regularly to avoid smartphone pinky syndrome. Use the mobile stand while using the phone. To watch the film or any type of video, use the stand. Do not hold the phone in your hands for long. During this, keep doing an extra activity, which reduces your attention on the phone. Play video game interval. Do not cross multiple stages simultaneously.
